		<description>Officials should insist on changes before the tax breaks.

The Supreme Court of Georgia just ruled against Atlanta using TIFs and TAD financing for building the controversial Beltline, in part because it takes monies away from other important public services.  Are our schools really in such great shape they don't need the funding this will siphon off?  In addition, the whole concept of TIFs and TADs needs more review into how the accountability really plays out in the long run...</description>
