It was great getting back from Texas to Fancy Farm for the Picnic Samuel Stamper made the trip for even deeper in Texas than I did. He and his wife came by a big motor home-type RV. He and I attended school at Fancy Farm during the fall of 1950. He and his family moved to St. Dennis in January 1951, and me and my family moved to Illinois. We had not seen each other in the intervening 58 years. Lots of former Fancy Farm School students travel great distances to attned the Fancy Farm Picnic.
