I love the fact that you promote a more open, simple  and less structured (no pun intended) process for development and the first thing out of Jim Gray's mouth is to appoint a "task force" to study the approach.  What? Now that I think of it, Jim "do nothing - study everything" attitude seems to constantly generate that automaton statement. I'm all for making sure things are done right, and that the rules are followed, but Gray's approach seems so bureaucratic that it paralyzes the process. Either that, or he lacks the ability to actually study and formulate projects himself. I've heard that about him multiple times. He's the front man for Gray Construction, but his brother is actually the one that runs that company. Based upon his desire to see his own quotes in the paper (which the H-L readily supplies) he's all fluff and no stuff. Talks the talk but can't walk the walk.</description>
