Dr. John O’Cull, a Vanceburg dentist and member of the Morehead State University Board of Regents, leads a line of cyclists in the cold fog Sunday morning near Campbellsville. Storms Friday forced cancellation of the first day of the Governor’s Autumn Bicycle Ride Across Kentucky, but O’Cull and three friends from Lewis County were among a few who made the ride from Carrollton to Frankfort anyway.
