The Governor’s Autumn Bike Ride Across Kentucky ends with a ceremonial wheel dip in Dale Hollow Lake on the Tennessee line. This year’s ride was cut short a day by stormy weather and began in Frankfort on Saturday instead of Carrollton on Friday.
